I enjoy preparing, serving & consuming delicious nutrition.
My garden is my own personal farmers market, meeting a significant portion of my needs with in-season, peak freshness of my own favorite produce varieties.
Health benefits for the planet (directly) from my smaller foot print. Farm to table transportation less than 0.01 Miles, on foot.
